In Re Eventbrite, Inc. Shareholder Litigation

Court-appointed Lead Plaintiffs, Crystal L. Clemons and Cristina Cotte, on behalf of themselves and the other members of the Settlement Class (defined below), have reached a proposed settlement of the Action in the amount of $19,250,000 cash that will resolve all claims in the Action.

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, your rights will be affected and you may be eligible for a payment from the Settlement. The Settlement Class consists of:

All persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired Eventbrite, Inc. common stock during the period from September 20, 2018, through May 24, 2019, inclusive and were damaged thereby, except for certain persons and entities who are excluded from the Settlement Class (see FAQ 4).

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, in order to be potentially eligible to receive a payment under the proposed settlement, you had to submit a Claim Form no later than May 27, 2022. Payments to Authorized Claimants commenced on November 30, 2022.
